Areas of Expertise

My expertise

Learning design that sparks joy and deepens engagement.

I partner with schools and mission-driven organizations to design learning that is rigorous, equitable, and ready for real practice—online, in person, and across a system.

Focus areas

From the learning experience to the conditions that make it last.

Curriculum & professional learning

Competency-based microlearning, courses, facilitation, and resources that help educators turn research into confident practice.

AI-enabled learning design

Human-centered tools, workflows, and learning routines that help educators engage AI thoughtfully, responsibly, and in service of the learning goal.

School innovation & systems change

I can support your organization in using design thinking to identify new solutions, setting up instructional coaching programs, and facilitating change management work that connects classroom practice with institutional priorities.

Grounded in the work of schools.

My experience spans early childhood through graduate education, independent schools, international contexts, and educator-serving organizations. I have designed and run makerspaces; taught computer science and graduate courses; co-designed institutes; and supported learning communities through school visits, local inquiry, coaching, and facilitation.
